font-family: verdana, helvetica, sans; font-size: 13px; line-height: 15px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px;\">La SNCF a \u00e9t\u00e9 notamment sanctionn\u00e9e pour avoir utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 des fins commerciales des informations confidentielles obtenues dans le cadre de sa mission publique de gestion des infrastructures.<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: white; font-family: verdana, helvetica, sans; font-size: 13px; line-height: 15px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px;\">Le gendarme de la concurrence sanctionne \u00e9galement la SNCF pour avoir emp\u00each\u00e9 ses concurrents, par diff\u00e9rents moyens, d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des capacit\u00e9s ferroviaires indispensables \u00e0 leur activit\u00e9, comme les wagons.<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: white; font-family: verdana, helvetica, sans; font-size: 13px; line-height: 15px; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: 0px;\">Aucun \u00e9l\u00e9ment au dossier ne permet de penser que les pratiques en cause rel\u00e8vent d&rsquo;une strat\u00e9gie globale ou d&rsquo;un plan d&rsquo;ensemble con\u00e7us ou \u00e9labor\u00e9s par la SNCF, souligne toutefois l&rsquo;Autorit\u00e9.<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: white;
