Malgr\u00e9 les beaux discours de la SNCF en d\u00e9but d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, la situation ne s&rsquo;am\u00e9liore pas, voire pire se d\u00e9grade d&rsquo;un automne \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre ! On peut donc faire le constat que le plan d&rsquo;action mis en place par la SNCF ne permet pas d&rsquo;envisager des conditions de transport acceptables en p\u00e9riode automnale.
