﻿{"id":5871,"date":"2010-11-15T13:32:00","date_gmt":"2010-11-15T12:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.paris-chartres.fr\/blog\/retards-specifiques-a-paris-montparnasse-elements-of-crime\/"},"modified":"2010-11-15T13:32:00","modified_gmt":"2010-11-15T12:32:00","slug":"retards-specifiques-a-paris-montparnasse-elements-of-crime","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.paris-chartres.fr\/blog\/retards-specifiques-a-paris-montparnasse-elements-of-crime\/","title":{"rendered":"Retards sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 Paris Montparnasse: elements of crime&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><span style='font-size:10.0pt; font-family:Arial'>Bonjour,<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style='font-size:10.0pt; font-family:Arial'><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style='font-size:10.0pt; font-family:Arial'>Il y a quelques jours, d&#8217;aucuns se sont offusqu\u00e9s lorsque j&#8217;ai affirm\u00e9 qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y avait gu\u00e8re que sur le r\u00e9seau Montparnasse que l&#8217;on arrivait, actuellement, \u00e0 un tel niveau de d\u00e9sorganisation.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style='font-size:10.0pt; font-family:Arial'>Voici en quelques mots sur quoi je me base pour affirmer que, si le mauvais temps peut provoquer partout des retards, c&#8217;est bien sur Paris Montparnasse que la situation est la plus d\u00e9grad\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 300km \u00e0 la ronde (je ne parle effectivement pas du TER PACA o\u00f9 la situation est chroniquement catastrophique&#8230;).<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin-left:36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list 36.0pt'><![if !supportLists]><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;mso-fareast-font-family:Arial'><span style='mso-list:Ignore'>1)<span style='font:7.0pt \"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><![endif]><span dir=LTR><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>Nous sommes le seul secteur de la moiti\u00e9 nord de la France o\u00f9 la \u00ab&nbsp;situation climatique&nbsp;\u00bb (climat social&nbsp;?&#8230;) a conduit \u00e0 des plans de transport adapt\u00e9s, exclusivement sur des lignes au d\u00e9part de Montparnasse&nbsp;: Paris \/ Chartres \/ Le Mans, Paris \/ Plaisir et Paris \/ Argentan \/ Granville. Situation d&#8217;autant plus difficile \u00e0 vivre que nous sortons tout juste d&#8217;un long conflit social qui nous a valu d\u00e9j\u00e0 de nombreuses journ\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;plan adapt\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin-left:36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list 36.0pt'><![if !supportLists]><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;mso-fareast-font-family:Arial'><span style='mso-list:Ignore'>2)<span style='font:7.0pt \"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><![endif]><span dir=LTR><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>Nous avons pu constater que ce plan de transport n&#8217;emp\u00eachait nullement les retards, non pas de quelques minutes (ce qui serait ais\u00e9ment compr\u00e9hensible en p\u00e9riode de perte d&#8217;adh\u00e9rence), mais fr\u00e9quemment de 20 \u00e0 30 minutes (c&#8217;est un peu moins pire ces derniers jours).<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin-left:36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list 36.0pt'><![if !supportLists]><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;mso-fareast-font-family:Arial'><span style='mso-list:Ignore'>3)<span style='font:7.0pt \"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><![endif]><span dir=LTR><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>Cela a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 soulign\u00e9&nbsp;: le mat\u00e9riel roulant reste inadapt\u00e9. Mettre une RIO (train bleu \u00e0 un \u00e9tage) sur le 862468 (Paris th\u00e9oriquement 8h15), \u00e0 l&#8217;heure d\u00e9j\u00e0 naturellement la plus charg\u00e9e et alors que le train d&#8217;avant fait partie de la charrette des trains supprim\u00e9s, \u00e7a devient juste irresponsable.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin-left:36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list 36.0pt'><![if !supportLists]><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;mso-fareast-font-family:Arial'><span style='mso-list:Ignore'>4)<span style='font:7.0pt \"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><![endif]><span dir=LTR><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>L&#8217;info <span>voyageurs<\/span> a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement d\u00e9ficiente la semaine derni\u00e8re, ce qui accentue l&#8217;impression de d\u00e9sorganisation. Ce point s&#8217;est am\u00e9lior\u00e9 pour ce qui concerne la pr\u00e9vision d&#8217;horaires (le trafic en temps r\u00e9el, ce n&#8217;est pas encore \u00e7a&nbsp;!)<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin-left:36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list 36.0pt'><![if !supportLists]><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;mso-fareast-font-family:Arial'><span style='mso-list:Ignore'>5)<span style='font:7.0pt \"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><![endif]><span dir=LTR><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>Pas encore convaincu&nbsp;? Alors regardons juste ci apr\u00e8s ce qui s&#8217;est pass\u00e9 ce matin, en toute objectivit\u00e9. Effectivement, Montparnasse n&#8217;a pas le MONOPOLE des retards, mais nous sommes bien les seuls \u00e0 subir la double peine plan adapt\u00e9 + retards chroniques. L&#8217;extraction date de ce matin, mais c&#8217;est quasiment tous les jours le m\u00eame r\u00e9sultat pour ce qui concerne Montparnasse (les autres gares&nbsp;: \u00e7a va, \u00e7a vient&#8230; c&#8217;est vrai que \u00ab&nbsp;trafic normal&nbsp;\u00bb sur Paris Nord, c&#8217;est un vrai coup de bol&nbsp;!).
